Hélène Xuan

Helen Xuan is the Scientific Director of the Chair Transitions Demographic, Economic Transitions. She holds a PhD in Economics which focused on population aging and growth. She collaborated with Sabeg under the Borloo plan to desegregate neighborhoods in the Committee of Evaluation and Monitoring ANRU (National Agency for Urban Renewal). She then worked at the ACAM (Control Authority Insurance and Mutual) before joining the firm Sabeg, appointed Commissioner for Diversity and Equal Opportunities in December 2008, as a counselor.
